No Refunds Policy

Because of the digital and account-based nature of our products and services (such as ad account access, profiles, and support infrastructure), we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. This includes:

  • Setup fees
  • Monthly or recurring service fees
  • Profile, Business Manager, or ad account access purchases
  • Any add-ons, upsells, or custom work


Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Charges
  2. If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we’ll promptly process a refund of the duplicate transaction.
  3. Failure to Deliver
  4. If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for and no access or onboarding has occurred, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.


Replacements, Not Refunds

If there are issues with a product or service (e.g., an ad account or profile is not functioning as promised), we offer lifetime replacements in accordance with the package you purchased. Our support team is committed to ensuring your continued access and minimal downtime.

Chargebacks

Attempting to reverse payments through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team is a violation of our terms and may result in a permanent ban from our platform. We encourage all customers to reach out to support@scalefbads.com to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
